How does the IDL-2501K Carpet Butted Seam Sewing Machine Work
IDL-2501K is made for sewing the pieces together on heavy duty materials as well as light materials. And it is new top moving knife mechanism .
The IDL-2501K Carpet Butted Seam Sewing Machine works in the following way:
Material Placement: The operator first places the carpets that need to be seamed butted together in the correct position on the machine. The carpets are positioned accurately to ensure that the seams are aligned properly for stitching.
Needle Movement: The machine has a sewing needle. Under the drive of the machine's power system and related mechanical structures, the needle moves up and down in a reciprocating motion. When the needle moves down, it penetrates the layers of the carpet at the butted seam.
Thread Feeding: Simultaneously, there is a thread feeding mechanism in the machine. The thread is continuously supplied and passes through the eye of the needle. As the needle penetrates the carpet, the thread is also brought into the carpet layers.
Looper Operation: Inside the machine, there are a pair of Loopers. The looper moves in a certain trajectory to form a loop with the thread passed through by the needle. This loop locks the threads on both sides of the carpet together, achieving the effect of stitching and connecting the carpets.
Forward Movement of the Carpet: Some carpet butted seam sewing machines may also have a mechanism to drive the carpet to move forward gradually during the sewing process. This ensures that the stitching is carried out continuously along the entire length of the butted seam, allowing for a seamless connection of the carpets.
In general, the IDL-2501K Carpet Butted Seam Sewing Machine uses the coordinated operation of the needle, thread, shuttle and carpet movement mechanisms to complete the butted seam sewing of the carpets, improving the efficiency and quality of carpet connection.
